All transactions are secured by state of the art 128bit SSL encryption. 30 day money back (60 days when purchased in November) We will refund you the purchase price minus shipping and handling within 30 days of purchase. The clock has to be in its original condition, all parts and manuals have to be included, and the clock has to be shipped back in its original shipping box. We highly recommend to insure the return, because we will not responible for shipping damages which occured during shipping back to us. The box has to be free of any markings. No returns will be accepted for damaged clock. If your clock arrives damaged, we will exchange the clock for you. |

Shipping damages Shipping damages have to be reported immediately. Damages clocks will be exchanged for a new one, no refunds for damaged clocks. No exchanges after 2 days of delivery. If clock is shipped back to us as a return, you have to contact us first for a return authorization. We will not be responsible shipping damages while the clock is shipped back to us or if you ship the clock yourself to a 3rd party. Unproper handling Please read instructions first before you take the clock out of the box. Make sure that the nail or screw will be able to support the weight of the clock (no picture hangers, drive nail into stud). Do not take the clock out by grabbing it on the carvings. Do not turn the clock upside down, once you removed the chain restrain wire. This will cause the chains to slip of the wheel, which is not covered by the warranty |

2 year warranty Your cuckoo clock carries a 2 year warranty(1 year for battery operated clocks) . Warranty covers all mechanical parts and return shipping to us (continental US only). Warranty does not cover chains slipped off the wheels, clock fallen of the wall or unproper handling. Before mailing the clock you have to contact us for return instructions. Damages by improper preparing for return shipping are not included in the warranty. Free shipping We ship free within the continental US for clocks valued over $120 by UPS/FEDEX/DHL ground ($9.99 for clocks under $120). Surcharges apply for shipping outside the continental US or expedited shipping. We will not be responsible for custom/duty cost when shipped outside the US. |
